We are located in the heart of Gwinnett County, serving Northeast Atlanta, including Snellville, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross, Buford, Conyers and Lithonia. Our goal is to provide a curated selection of natural hair care
and beauty products partnered with knowledgeable recommendations.
All of our products are specifically created for naturally kinky and curly hair, but are just as effective on chemically altered textures and those looking to transition. We also offer vegan hair and skincare products, body art quality henna, organic raw goods and our most popular, MIY (Make it Yourself) Bar that features raw unrefined butters, African black soap, clay, and the ability to mix your own custom oil blends.

Come experience our welcoming and chic atmosphere, which is quite different from the traditional hair salon. Need help or a break from styling? Book an appointment with our Twist and Braid Bar that offers healthy, low tension, protective and low manipulation natural hairstyles. Our express services include Two Stand Twist, Mini Twists, Flat Twists, Finger Coils, Wash and Go and natural hair braids.
Children are welcomed in our salon and it's our goal to offer our little naturals a positive salon experience. Still not sure what products to buy? Book a 30-minute product consultation to learn what products and techniques work best with your hair texture. You will also learn proper hair basics and how to create a healthy hair regimen.

Crystal Sheppard works to empower and educate black women to care for their naturally textured hair. She mentors with passion, guiding her clients on the path to self care and self love while meeting their hair goals.
With over 18 years of leadership, customer service and relationship building experience, Crystal has a knack for making meaningful connections with her clients and an insatiable appetite for helping others find their life purpose. She is down-to-earth humor compels her clients to laugh while they learn how to care for their hair.

Crystal is known for engaging her clients from the moment they step into the store and leaves them with empowering knowledge and the necessary tools to be successful in their natural hair journey.
Crystal is passionate about people, leadership and helping other small businesses succeed. She is especially inspired to help her team members take their careers and themselves to unprecedented levels. Crystal’s honors include Kinks and Curls winning Best of Gwinnett for 2018 and 2019. Also featured in The Atlanta Journal Constitution as part of the top 11 Black owned Beauty supply stores. On her down time, Crystal can be found creating delicious meals with her 2 children, Dasia and Elisha and her always looking for belly rubs, doggie Cairo.
